Dry Cure Streaky Bacon

Streaky bacon is taken from the beely of the pig and therefore has a high fat content (delicious!) and whilst great in it's own right, it is just the thing for laying on lean roasting joints such as venison, chicken, etc before cooking.  This helps to stop the joints from drying out when cooking.
