Chef's Corner / Polly Turner
Polly is a self employed chef and long standing friend of the family. She started cooking in 2001 after completing a Cordon-Bleu Diploma. Since then she has travelled far and wide, from Australia to Venezuela working as a chef, picking up many new cooking ideas and generally having fun.
During the breaks in her travels she has worked all over the UK in stalking lodges, London outside caterers and private households.
Polly has kindly agreed to put together some recipes for us which can be found in this section.
