If you have been wondering why things have gone quite quiet with news from Macbeth's, then this is why. For the last wee while we have been writing the
Macbeth's Meat Mentor. This is a handy guide to the different cuts available for beef, pork and lamb. The aim is to help people work out what cuts come from where on an animal as, although some of it is self explanatory, some cuts are a little difficult to work out.
We have done our absolute best to make it complete and accurate but if anyone has any suggestions or tips for improving the content, the please do feel free to get in touch.
