Delivery
We dispatch orders by overnight courier for next day delivery. Delivery can be made Tuesday to Friday. If you would like delivery on a specific day however, please let us know as this can usually be arranged.
Your order will usually be delivered during the morning unless you live in the Highland area of Scotland, it which case it can sometimes be in the afternoon.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 3 working days but it is safer to allow 7, especially at busy times such as Christmas. During quiet periods however we can sometimes send an order out the day after it has been placed - if you are in a hurry for it (and after all why wouldn't you be) do give us a ring and we shall do our very best to sort it for you - it certainly does no harm to ask! Delivery is free on all orders over £125 and for gift packs. All other delivery is charged at £12.50
All consignments are made to order and vacuum packed in polystyrene boxes with refrigerant pads to ensure that goods are kept cool throughout the journey. Unless specified, everything is provided fresh so that you have the choice of eating some of your order over the next couple of days with no hassle, or you can pop it straight into the freezer for a later date.
